Under Albion’s ownership, every Veliu project starts the same way: a conversation about what you need, what your site allows, and what it should realistically cost.
Our work ranges from basement renovations and landscape and hardscape projects to larger residential and commercial builds across the GTA and Ontario. Because the plans, materials, and numbers are settled with you up front, the price you approve reflects the work you’re actually getting.

Most construction headaches start in the gaps: a scope that was never pinned down, a price that didn’t account for the site, or a decision made without asking the person paying for it. Our mission is to close those gaps before they cost you anything.
That’s why we spend the time up front on what you need, what your property allows, and what the work should realistically cost. Once that’s settled, the build follows a plan you already understand, whether it’s a finished basement, a backyard patio, or a commercial buildout.

Straight Answers
If a plan won’t work on your lot, or your budget won’t cover everything on your list, we’d rather tell you at the consultation than halfway through the job. An honest answer early is worth more than an easy one later.
Your Project, Your Decisions
When a question comes up on site, whether it’s a material, a detail, or a change to the plan, we’ll bring it to you with the options and the trade-offs of each. Those calls are yours to make, not ours.
Respect for Your Space
We know we’re working in your home, your yard, or your place of business. Before work starts, we’ll talk through access, work areas, and what needs protecting, so the project fits around your household or your operations.
